Example Projects

Antique side chair

This is a good example of the impact of a new fabric! The interior of the chair was still in good condition, but its look needed an update. This velvet is from 'Blackpop', a stunning and vibrant pattern.

Modern tub chair

The vinyl on this chair had seen better days and didn't look very inviting, so the customer wanted a warm wool fabric on it. With some extra padding and a new reflex foam cushion filling, the chair was ready for the new upholstery, including piping detail.

Antique hall chair

The woodwork of this chair is stunning, so it was worth restoring the upholstery. It was stripped back completely and re-upholstered, using a striking velvet from a 'William Morris' design.

Parker knoll froxfield chair

This is a classic model by Parker Knoll, well worth re-upholstering in my opinion! It was stripped back completely and got new foam padding and seat cushion. The velvet is from the 'Design Archives'.

'His and hers' side chairs

These chairs had been used in the customer's family for years and they wanted to bring them back into use for may years to come. The chairs were fully re-upholstered with new padding and new cushions. The fabric is a dogtooth wool from 'The isle Mill"
